What’s included in a Consultation?
Each consultation includes customized follow-up documentation—such as care plans, design notes, layout guidance, or sourcing recommendations—tailored to your space and goals. Much of our work happens after our consultation, as we prepare thoughtful, personalized documents to ensure you have clear and actionable next steps.
What’s the difference between a Virtual Consultation and an On-Site Consultation?
Virtual Consultations (e.g., Discovery Call, Rescue & Support, Planning Session, Established Client) are conducted online and are ideal for early planning, troubleshooting, design development, and tailored recommendations.
On-Site Consultations (e.g., On-Site Care Assessment, On-Site Assessment) take place in person and are ideal for evaluating plant health, assessing space conditions, or developing site-specific design plans. On-Site Consultations are currently available to clients within a reasonable distance of San Francisco and the Bay Area. For large-scale projects, we offer extended On-Site services through our national team—please inquire for availability.

We provide full-service plantscaping for interiors, balconies, and select outdoor areas—covering concept development, plant selection, vessel and structure sourcing, and on-site installation. Every design is customized to align with your aesthetic preferences, lifestyle, and environmental conditions.

Yes, Maintenance & Care services are available after a On-Site Care Assessment or On-Site Assessment.

Yes. As part of our Custom Plantscaping service, we assess your existing collection and integrate it into the overall plan—aligning placement and care with your aesthetic goals and environmental conditions.
Do you install everything you source?
In most cases, yes. We offer full-service installation for plants, vessels, and structural elements we source. Shipping is available for select items if client placement is preferred.
